Whether it is 15 minutes a week, an hour once a month or an event once a year, volunteers are the backbone of EWGA. Volunteering also connects you to other members—expanding your golf network. Contact Julie Godkin, Director, Member Services, with your questions, a description of your expertise or interest and how much time you have to give. See below for a list of committees and events that need volunteers.

Fairway Friends—If you are looking for more golfing friends, why not serve as a golfing buddy for new members? You reach out and invite them to play with you on a course close by or at an EWGA event. Buddies are usually assigned for geographic proximity.
Kick-Off Party—Have some time in February? Help with registration, staff a table for a committee, etc.
Chapter Championship—We host a Chapter Championship at a local course in June. Help with registration or be a “pace of play” monitor on the course.
