EWGA Online Membership Directory
An online membership directory is available to all EWGA members, in order to foster business and personal networking and to provide the ability to be in touch with other EWGA members in your Chapter and across the Association. All members are expected to use the directory for personal use and not for mass business solicitations. Anyone abusing the use of the directory will no longer be allowed access to the Directory function.

Login to the EWGA website www.ewga.com to have access to your member record and other member features. Click on the "Members Only" section in the left frame, enter your member ID# at the Login and enter your password. If you are a new member and have not yet received your member ID#, send an email or call as indicated below. If you do not remember your password or do not yet have a password, click on "Reset my password" on the LOGIN page. Click the LOGIN tab in the upper right hand of the page.

Chapter Directory
Members have the capability of creating and printing their own Chapter Directory. After you login to the Members Only area at www.ewga.com, click on the Membership Reports, then on Chapter Rosters. Follow the directions as shown, and be sure to read the print instructions carefully. You have the capability of printing or saving the directory as a pdf. (Those members who have selected to "opt out" of having their name appear in a directory will not be included in the list that is created.)

Membership Directory
To access the Membership Directory, click on the Directory tab that will appear at the top left section of the screen. This will take you to a Directory page where you can enter search criteria. Members will be able to search the member database by Chapter, Company Name, Last Name, First Name combinations. Other options for searching are planned for the future. Searches will have an upper limit on the number of names that may be accessed at any one time.

The result of a search will be a list of members with their Name, City, State and Chapter. Each member on the resulting search list can then be reviewed individually by clicking on the member name. For members in your Chapter you will see the same basic information that is available via Chapter Membership Directories including both work and home information. For members outside your Chapter, you will only see work information. You will also see the golf data that we have on file for those members. This data will only be as current as what the member has provided.

Opt-Out
Any member may "opt-out" of the online directory by checking the Exclude from Directory box on their personal membership record and their name will not appear on any search.

Review and Revision
We encourage all members to keep their information up-to-date online by accessing the My Profile area of the Members Only section (click on your name).
